I live in Perth, can I come in and buy at internet prices?
Yes, that's ok. Just bring in a print-out, a saved page on your portable device or just mention the products your interested in buying. If you are making a special trip to see us, please phone us first to check the item you are interested in is in stock. Products listed as available on our website are updated automatically only once at the end of each day. Some stock items may be located at our warehouse off-site and are available for online order only. These will be clearly marked as online order only in the description.
Do you send overseas?
We will send orders to New Zealand but please contact us first to check delivery charges.
How much is delivery and how long does it take ?
In the Perth Metro area, for orders above $50, delivery is free. Orders below $50 carry a $8 postage charge. Postage charges for other areas of Australia will be displayed in the shopping cart. Overseas orders for keys attract a $10 charge. All other overseas orders are charged at cost. For further information, go to our delivery page.
What if I have a problem placing my order online or I am not sure it's gone through?
If you receive the Order Acknowledgement email then your order has gone through without issue. If you are unsure please feel free to contact our customer service team on (08) 9443 1800 - simply let us know your surname and we will confirm the order for you. If you feel unsure about placing an order online, you are welcome to call us and place an order over the phone.
