Collection: Shipping and Delivery

Postage per location

Western Australia: We offer free postage across all of Western Australia on orders over $50. For orders under $50 a postage fee will apply at checkout.

NT, QLD, ACT, NSW, VIC, TAS, SA: Postage charges will be calculated and displayed in the shopping cart once you select your region. Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of the item being purchased.

International shipping: Sorry, we do not ship internationally.

Dispatching of orders

Online orders are dispatched daily, Monday to Friday, with orders received before 12pm Perth time dispatched on the same day if possible.

Depending on location, most orders are completed within 2-7 days. If part or all of your order is out of stock or unavailable you will be notified by email or phone and asked if you would like to wait for the item to be re-stocked, change it for a different item or be given a refund. 

In the rare instant where delivery costs makes it not viable to be sent we may refuse and refund an order

Tracking

All items are sent via Australia Post, a tracking advice will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. If your parcel takes longer than expected please check with your local post office. If you are not home, Australia post will leave a calling card advising you have a parcel awaiting collection. Leather and luggage online cannot be responsible for parcels lost or late delivered by Australia post. Insurance can be easily added at the checkout (at an additional cost).
