Welcome to the LEATHER AND LUGGAGE ONLINE terms and conditions. By using our website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Your order
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
When you place an order your credit card will automatically be debited and you will receive an order confirmation, which is proof of your order.
In the unlikely event that an item you have requested is out of stock or unavailable, we contact you within two days and either refund your credit card or ask if you would select a different stock item.
Please note that once you have placed your order, we cannot make any changes or change the delivery address, unless you contact us immediately. So please take care to enter details accurately.
Leather and luggage reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason.
We may refuse an order if delivery costs makes it not viable to be sent.
Paying for your order
We currently are only accepting paypal online.
You can pay by credit card for purchases made directly in our North Perth store.
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
The total cost of your order is the price of the goods at the time the order is placed plus the delivery fee if applicable.
If the price of an item is listed incorrectly on our website you will be notified of the correct price by e-mail and given the option of proceeding with or cancelling your order.
We do accept orders by phone or fax. Customers are also welcome to shop direct with us at 317 Walcott St, North Perth and receive our web prices in-store.
Your privacy
Leather and luggage values your privacy. Any information you provide to us via this web site is maintained and accessible only by Leather and luggage and its authorized partners in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Refund and Returns Policy
Leather and luggage accepts returns if the supplied product does not meet the buyers expectations, within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be notified to Leather and luggage on Tel: 08 9443 1800 or email, prior to return and the buyer is responsible for costs associated with return delivery. Original delivery charges (if any) are not refundable. Goods returned must be unused in original packaging and with all tags intact.
You can also contact Leather and Luggage for assistance, and your product can be returned to us for assessment of the fault at your cost. If covered by the warranty, the fault will be repaired and the item returned to you free of charge. In the case that no repairs are possible, the item will be replaced or refunded as per that brands policy.
Return goods to Leather and luggage 317 Walcott St, North Perth 6006. When returning goods please use a reliable method of postage, as leather and luggage is not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit. Refunds will be credited to paypal or the credit card you used to purchase the goods within 1-5 days of receiving the returned order. Insurance paid is not refundable.
Warranty
All products purchased from Leather and luggage come with a full manufacturer's warranty that covers any manufacturing defect or material fault. Warranty periods differ for different products. Warranty issues are resolved by the manufacturer or distributor of the product. If a problem occurs with your purchase, within its warranty period, you can contact the manufacturer for direct resolution of your warranty issue. The manufacturer or distributor will direct you to an approved repair centre in your state. Leather and luggage are authorized repairers for many major luggage brands. Contact us for assistance if you reside in Perth. Products damaged though misuse, accidental damage or carriers are not covered under warranty. If you notice damage to your luggage after a trip, we recommend that you submit a claim your your airline.
When You Receive Your Order
We try to ensure all our products are delivered free from defects, but if there is a problem with your purchase when you receive it, please contact Leather and luggage and we will organize to have the item replaced for you at no extra cost to you.
